Gear Wizzard, Inc. provides the highest quality transmission parts and rebuilt units to the fleet, industrial and repair markets.

Since its inception, the company has focused on lower volume, “hard-to-find” drive line components. We identify systems that are no longer (or inadequately) supported by their OEM’s. Where necessary, we will contract-manufacture service parts that are no longer produced. In many cases, we have reverse-engineered; created our own proprietary drawings; purchased tooling and defined manufacturing processes for items that were not available anywhere else.

While the company is still young, our personnel are knowledgeable. Our salespeople and rebuilders have an average of 20 years of experience.

In addition to our commercial product lines, Gear Wizzard also supplies drive line components and systems to the US Department of Defense and has been named Government Contractor of the Year twice by the South Suburban Small Business Association.

We maintain a fully-equipped quality control department and our suppliers are subjected to pre-qualification and interim quality assessments.

Gear Wizzard’s Quality Management System is ISO 9001:2000 certified.
